First I have to say thanks to the Lord for making barley, hops, water and yeast.
Next I have to thank my beautiful, understanding, intelligent, thoughtful & wonderful wife for putting up with me and my obsessive hobby of brewing beer.
Last but most certainty not least, I have to thank Mike Cotherman for helping me make this behemoth brewery a reality. This project came to life in about 2 weeks from concept to finished product.
Without Mike, there wouldn't be a Brew truck to write about. Mike donated his sweat & tears to this project not to mention a ton of welding rods and his precious time.Check out some of Mike's other projects @ www.Yellowjeep.com& www.clearwaterbrewery.com. Who knows what he's got up his sleeve. When Mike thinks big...it's generally really big. I have heard him toying with the idea of using his swimming pool as an open fermenter!
